How long does it take to make my jewelry?

Most pieces are made to order and take 1–3 weeks to create before shipping. Shipping transit time is additional; see the product page for any specific production schedule. Timing can vary with the complexity of the design and current demand.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Will I receive tracking information?

Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. For the United States, delivery takes up to 10 calendar days after dispatch; production time is additional.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer 30-day returns and exchanges from the delivery date. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers arrange returns by mail and pay ordinary return postage; we cover postage when the return is due to our error. No restocking fee applies. Can custom or personalized items be returned?

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
