Pay for your custom OLICONN piece
This page is for customers who have received a quote from OLICONN. Use it to pay your deposit when you accept your quote, and to pay the remaining balance when your piece is finished. Every review left here comes from a real custom order.

How to pay

Example: for a $450 quote, your quote email will ask for a $200 deposit (quantity 2 at $100). When your piece is finished, the $250 balance is paid with quantity 250 at $1.
At checkout, please write your name and the design name from your quote email in the Order notes box, so we can match your payment to your project.
What happens after you pay
- Deposit received: design work begins. We send you drawings, renderings or another agreed proof, and refine it with you.
- Design approved: we explain the production stage and begin making your piece by hand. We share progress photos or videos along the way.
- Finished: we send photos of your completed piece. You pay the balance here and add your shipping address.
- Shipped: free shipping with tracking, in an OLICONN gift box.
Good to know
- A shipping address is not needed for the deposit. Please add it when you pay the balance.
- Your deposit amount, total price and schedule are set out in your individual quote.
- Custom pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Cancellations and refunds follow our Custom Design, Approval & Cancellation Policy.
