As all products are made to order, we begin crafting your item once your order is confirmed. Production typically takes 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding. - Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours after placement. After that, the production process begins and changes may not be possible. - Custom Duties and Taxes
