Shipping

Made to order

Most pieces are handcrafted to order and take 1–3 weeks to create before shipping. Shipping transit time is additional. Where a product lists a specific production schedule, that schedule applies.

Free worldwide shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery and customs

For orders shipped to the United States, delivery takes up to 10 calendar days after dispatch. Production time is separate from this transit time. Transit times for other destinations vary by destination and carrier. Customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply to international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return shipping and refunds

Customers arrange returns by mail and pay return postage for ordinary returns. If the return is due to an error on our part, we cover the return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee. Refunds are completed within 3 calendar days after we receive the returned item.
